- Science of Health Workshops, which can be customised to explore topics such as mindfulness, sleep, movement, breath, nutrition, connection, habits, and menopause, tailored to your workplace’s unique needs.
- Connection Workshops, designed to create connectivity and build meaningful relationships across the company, supporting collaboration and unity.
- Mental Fitness Coach Training, a course to provide team leaders and managers with mental health tools to support their team on a daily basis. This is a practical course using tools such as somatic practices, breath work, journaling, mindfulness and movement.
- 1-1 Mind and Performance Coaching, this is the only 1-1 service utilising cognitive coaching, psychology coaching and analysis skills to support tackling specific challenges within the workplace. Application required.
