A specialist in healthy high performance
Celeste Gardner is the founder of The Healthy People’s Club and a consultant, speaker, and coach working at the intersection of wellbeing, leadership, and performance. She helps organisations strengthen how their people work, lead, and collaborate by embedding practical, prevention-led approaches into everyday culture.
Celeste holds a Master’s in the Science of Mental Health and Wellbeing, a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, and a PGCE in Education. Her professional training includes Cognitive Coaching, Nutrition, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Personal Training, and Yoga. This multidisciplinary foundation gives her a deep understanding of human behaviour, pressure, and performance.

Her work is also shaped by lived experience. Having lost a family member to mental illness and having grown up in a home affected by long-term mental health challenges, Celeste understands the personal impact of emotional load, stress, and lack of support. These experiences shaped her belief in prevention, clarity, and healthier systems of work and care.
Before moving into education and consultancy, Celeste competed in professional sport. This experience embedded the principles she now brings to leadership and organisational development: the importance of recovery, rhythm, communication, teamwork, and the mental resilience required to perform consistently at a high level. It also fuels her commitment to bridging the gap between physical performance, psychological capacity, and workplace expectations.
Celeste began her career as a health coach and personal trainer before spending more than a decade in education teaching science, health, and physical education, and leading wellbeing initiatives. This dual background in performance and pedagogy built the foundations of her approach today: simple tools, strong frameworks, evidence-led guidance, and a commitment to equipping people with the skills they need to thrive.
Her consultancy and coaching are centred on the ECCG Method, a framework for sustainable performance grounded in four pillars, Energy, Clarity, Connection, and Growth. Celeste uses this approach to help organisations improve culture, leadership capability, communication, and long-term resilience.
Alongside her consultancy work, Celeste hosts “The Healthy People’s Club” podcast, where she explores the life skills and knowledge she believes people benefit from learning earlier. Through conversations and practical insights, she shares tools for wellbeing, emotional fitness, and personal development.
Today, Celeste works with global brands and modern workplaces to build cultures of Healthy High Performance, where wellbeing and results can coexist and strengthen one another.
