The ECCG Method is Celeste’s evidence-led framework for helping individuals and organisations perform at a high level without compromising their wellbeing. Built around four pillars, Energy, Clarity, Connection, and Growth, the method offers a practical structure for strengthening performance, leadership, and culture in a sustainable way.

Rather than prescribing rigid steps, ECCG provides a foundation for reflection, awareness, and behaviour change. It helps people understand how they work, lead, and interact, and supports them to make choices that protect capacity, improve focus, and build resilience over time.
